Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Modern Manicure Co. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Return an Item
Email us at nails@modernmaniure.ie within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your name, order number, and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service (e.g. DPD, An Post) to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
